Routine Lawn Care Maintenance
Our service includes mowing all grass areas, trimming hedges & bushes (as needed to maintain a neat appearance – no ladder use), string trimming (weed-eating) around flower beds, mailbox, and where the mower can’t reach around the house, edging all sidewalks, street-curbs, driveways, and power blowing hard surface areas.
We mainly focus on residential lawn care maintenance besides other landscaping services. We offer a standard service plan with two different types of schedules.
Type of Maintenance
Residential Standard Maintenance
This type of maintenance includes mowing, edging, trimming, and pruning as needed (no ladder use), blowing, and weed-whacking landscape beds (round-up optional).
Commercial Maintenance
This type of maintenance includes mowing, edging, blowing, and weed control on landscape beds.
Seasonal trimming and pruning
Seasonal flower installation
Mulch and pine straw installation
Type of Schedule
Weekly Plan
This type of service is performed every week on a specific day. However, if there is inclement weather we might service your property a day before or after.
Bi-Weekly Plan
This type of service is performed every other week. However, if there is inclement weather we might service your property a day before or after. Usually, with this service plan, we visit your property twice a month but in some months we go three times. For example:
◦First visit on the 1st of the month
◦Second visit on the 15th of the month
◦Third visit on the 30th of the same month
